Financial Disclaimer
This site displays financial data and investment strategy information, including but not limited to: performance metrics (such as annualized returns, Sharpe ratios, Sortino ratios, max drawdown, Calmar ratios, win rates, and other risk-adjusted returns), strategy allocations and holdings, correlation data between strategies, ticker returns and performance data, backtest results and historical performance, and charts or tables displaying such data (collectively "Information"). All data and Information is provided "as is", and the Information is intended solely as general information for educational purposes only and not as professional advice. We do not guarantee or make any representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Information. Decisions made based on the Information provided by the Site are solely at your own responsibility. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for making any investment-related decisions.
Use of the Site
Information displayed on the Site is solely for internal business or personal use. Furthermore, any exporting functionality, where the Information displayed on the Site, or a subset thereof, can be saved locally to your device, must only be used for personal research purposes. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Information provided by the Site. Any use of our API endpoints not through the user interface provided by the Site is prohibited without first contacting and receiving permission from us.
Account Suspension and Termination
ICDB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, lock, or permanently ban any user account and/or restrict access to the Site, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms of Service, violation of any applicable laws or regulations, engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct, attempting to circumvent security measures, excessive API usage, or any other behavior that ICDB deems inappropriate or harmful to the platform or its users. ICDB's decision to suspend, lock, or ban an account is final and not subject to appeal. You acknowledge that ICDB has no obligation to provide you with access to the Site or any services, and that ICDB may terminate or restrict your access at any time without liability to you.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content are owned by ICDB and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the Site or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Service. Any unauthorized use of the Site or its content may violate copyright laws. Please note that the investment strategy data displayed on this Site originates from Composer users and is aggregated and presented by ICDB. The underlying strategy data is the intellectual property of the respective Composer users who created those strategies.
API Keys and Data Storage
ICDB allows users to provide Composer API keys for the sole purpose of fetching investment strategy data from Composer's API (composer.trade, operated by Composer Technologies, Inc.). We store your Composer API keys in an encrypted format solely for the purpose of making authenticated requests to Composer's API on your behalf. We do not store any other personal financial data, account information, or transaction details from Composer. All data fetched from Composer is cached in memory for up to 5 minutes to reduce API requests and respect rate limits, but is not permanently stored on disk by ICDB. This caching benefits both users and the Composer platform by preventing excessive API requests. You may delete your API keys at any time through your account settings.

ICDB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Composer Technologies, Inc. or composer.trade. ICDB is an independent service that provides tools for viewing and analyzing investment strategy data. Composer, composer.trade, and Composer Technologies, Inc. are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Any use of Composer's services through ICDB is subject to Composer's own terms of service and privacy policy.

The Site contains links to websites of third-parties. ICDB has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using the Site, you expressly relieve ICDB from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website. Unless we expressly state otherwise, the fact that ICDB has provided a link to a site is not an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with respect to such site or its owners.
Changes to our Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective 7 days after their initial posting. We will make any changes to these Terms evident on this page of our website.
